My game with a high level was uninstalled, now reinstalled and Ive lost my level...Can you assist in recovering this? I cannot start this all over...lol

I didn't have a Facebook or King account and lost my progress I was in the 4k. Is it possible to get it back or am I out of luck?

You make sure to to click on "Contact Us" first (on bottom of the page). After that, you make sure write your full name, email address and what's King's Game then topic is "Problems with my Game" and subtopic is "Game didn't save". Finally you asked them. You should wait for Community Team will answer you. (but it taken longer)

** You make sure always to connect with Facebook or King.Com Account, you cannot lose your progress next time as well. **

Yes! You connected your Facebook/Kingdom account on game, your progress, gold bars and some in-game features can be transferred / saved but the inventory boosters, lives and some in-game features and events lost.

Find most common issues and FAQ:s in Support Area here and in Help Center here!

And please select your game area here then click on Support Area and finally you ask a question about game then waiting for their answer and help you faster and better. 😉
