Candy Crush is becoming unaffordable

Level 2

I have been playing Candy Crush for about 10 years, and mostly it has been a pleasant experience.

However, now I am considering stopping playing. The game is becoming unaffordable and seems to be just a way of the company making more money. I know I am at a high level, but most of the games are now not possible to win without spending money. There is a worldwide recession taking place, and we have a game that realistically costs about £10 per week to play with any chance of success. The number of moves on each game seems to have been reduced to a level which is probably only statistically likely to be winnable, whilst being impossible to win in real life.

There is another unfairness here too, in that only the people who can spend the most money have any chance of winning the various competitions that take place on each round.

It will be very sad if I have to stop playing, but I fear it might come to that!

Best Regards,

Jessie Skinner.
