Don't worry! The current level is most likely saved on your Facebook account. Try with reconnecting the game to Facebook so the game gets restored. If you have connection issues to Facebook, please head over here for help. 😉
If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you bring back your saved progress but it taken longer. 😉

And please select your game area here then click on Support Area and finally you ask a question about game then waiting for their answer and help you faster and better. 😉

Hi @PVM2022 and welcome to our community. Have you been able to get help with your issue yet? You mentioned having a Facebook account. Have you ever created a King account? To do that you would click to open the game and then you can create a King account by typing in your email address and password. This is if you are on mobile device only. Once you have the King account it should bring your progress back. If not, please tag me here by using the @ symbol and my name and I'll offer more help. I know it works once you create a King account because others have done it and they got their progress back.
