Hey everyone,
We wanted to let you know that we've received your feedback about the notification and tag issues and we totally get how frustrating this is - and we're on it 😉
We know the tags and notifications are a real important part in how we all interact with the Community daily, and we're really sorry for the trouble this has caused.
Meanwhile, please use the following workarounds so you don't miss out on anything that is important to you.
For example:
- Keep an eye on the Discussion - Contest - Support sections if you have recently been active in these areas and to check if any new discussions or contest has been posted.
- As you all might have noticed, our lovely Community Moderators love hosting contest so keep an eye in the contest area so you don't miss out on the fun.
- You can also go to your Profile and under Activity, you can easily check if anyone has reacted or replied to any of your latest comments or discussion.
- There is also an option to Bookmark discussions so you don't have to search and keep all your important discussion easily accessible.
If you have a better way that you find easier to keep track of things in the community, please share by leaving a comment 😀

We've noticed some concerns about video ads disappearing or not being available in the game. We want to clarify that the video ad feature, like all ads and promotional features, is currently in a testing phase within the game.
This means that while some players may receive Lives, others might get Boosters or other items from this feature.
However, due to the testing nature of this feature, video ads may not always be available to all players or on all devices. If you find that the ads are currently missing in your game, please don't worry.
Stay tuned and keep a close eye on the game to know when the ads will be back.
