I feel the same way I'm not as high up in levels as you are but I feel I should of had it by now

Hi CrystalKing and Lou_2002,

The Pro Player status is assigned automatically based on the sync between your Community account and your game account. It's a system-generated rank that we unfortunately can't assign manually.

It looks like there might be a technical issue preventing the sync for some players. We're currently investigating this further but I'm afraid this is something that will take some time to investigate so I don't have an estimated time for a fix 😕

We appreciate your patience and understanding while this gets looked at and apologies again for the time it might take 🙏
