Some days ago i open my game for play after some days. When i win a level the weekly contest is opend and result was 2nd position and when i claim the prize there's nothing and my game is hanging and I'm nothing to to until i closed the game and again open and that was again same thing is opend i deleted my game catche for solving the problem and again open the game my boosters are all lost and problem is still there..... Now when i open the game weekly contest is opend and after rhat I'm nothing to do

Hi @Nazia1843 - I am so sorry you are having this problem. What platform are you playing on? If a mobile device, you want to ensure you have the latest version of the game and also you want to reboot your device by turning it off for at least 20 seconds.
Clearing your cache should not have made you lose all your boosters. Only if you delete and then reload the game, will you lose any saved boosters or lives, because they are stored locally on your device and not on the gameβs servers.
However, if you keep having an issue where you open the game and play a level and then it immediately takes you to the weekly race and hangs up - your game may have become corrupted and the only way to fix that is to delete and then reload the game.
However before you do that you should contact the help center thru your game. That will allow them to check directly into your game to see if they can figure out what is causing the problem.

I'm already doing all these things.β¦but my problem is not solved.... I'm very disappointed.... I'm sad for my booster and my game....
So you have already deleted the game and then reinstalled it and you are still having this problem?
What are you playing on, a computer, phone, tablet? What make and model?
The more information you can provide to the help center the better.
I'm playing on mobile phone Redme note 10, and i delete cache and again login my profile on game
