Manual merge of Facebook and King accounts

How can I request a manual merge of accounts?
My progress is saved on fb and I would like it transferred to my king.com account. I tried the steps listed and it’s not working.
Looks like I’ll need outside help.

Don't worry! You make sure create your King Account in the game first if you haven't created and signed up your King Account yet. After you create and sign up your King Account completed, then you can going to King Player Support Page here and you ask your question for want syncing your same game progress from your Facebook account to your King account in the game (s). And then you don't forget to send and show your Game ID of your Facebook and also King accounts to King Community Team. How to find your Game ID here. 😊
You should patience waiting until you will receiving your email and they will helping and answering you for want syncing your same game progress from your Facebook account to your King account in the game (s) soon. Cheers! 🤞😊

I appreciate the responses. But none of it has been any help. Sending a message to support (of which I’ve done at least 3 times) results in automated emails telling me to come back here and ask for help or an email of the exact steps seen on here. So it’s just a seemingly endless loop.
So it looks there is no help to be had for my situation and I’ll just be deleting Candy Crush Saga for good. Oh well. I guess 9,706 levels is where I’m forced to quit due to lack of any help from King.0 -

Hi my friend Please try the following
- Log out of Facebook from the profile menu, then log into the King account using the "Log in with email" option. Your progress from Facebook should automatically carry over.
- If these steps don’t work and your progress doesn’t sync, please share a screenshot of your current level from Facebook 💓
