Hello and thanks for marking @QueenB ! For me it is like this when I can't sleep I go to the PC. Because I always have ideas and thoughts that I publish here. When it's done, I'm really tired and can sleep. @Elsa will laugh about it because she knows me. But I know that hot milk with honey should help. Give it a try.

Have you tried calm and relaxed music? Let go of everything and think of nothing. if none of this helps you, I would suggest seeing a doctor. Maybe there is a health problem. I get tired of being out in the fresh air all day. No matter what I did. Maybe this will help you further !!!
