Why when I get over 100 boosters I lose them on my IPad and how do I get them back.?

Im at level 15634. It looks like we can't get through this level unless use the gold or multiple boosters. This is ridiculous. I have already played this level 250+ times but still it's not going through

Candy Royale is stupid
Its now making to mandatory accept the candy royal challenge. I'm in 15600+ level. Does it make sense I can win 8+ or 10+ games in a row and get gold. Its really irritating
