We do everything we can to ensure your enjoyment of our games, but once in a while, issues pop up. If your game keeps freezing or crashing, there are some things you can do that may solve the problem immediately.
Restart the game
Force close all open apps and restart your device by following these steps:
- Completely close your game and any other Apps open on your device
- Turn off your device and wait 10 seconds before turning it back on
- Open your game and ensure you are connected to your correct King/Facebook account
Check for game updates
Check the app stores to update your game's latest version (more information on how to update your apps here) , if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Check for device updates
Ensure you’re running your device’s latest software. This can vary from device to device, but following these steps should help:
- Tap on the "Settings" menu.
- Then push the tab further into the upper right corner of the screen
- At the bottom of the next window, click the "About Device" button
- Here you will find the "Software Update" tab.
- Download and install the update
Check your device's memory
Please make sure you have a minimum of 2 GB of free space on your device.
Removing any unused Apps, pictures and videos can improve game performance. This can vary between devices, but these steps should help:
- Enter your "Settings" menu
- Scroll to "General"
- Tap on “About.” This will display your current available storage
Reinstall the game
As a last resort, try deleting and then reinstalling the game. Just make sure your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before taking this step. Any boosters or extra lives stored in the game may be lost in the process of deleting and reinstalling the game, so please make sure you try the other steps first.
