How do I change my name or my profile picture in the game?

If you're playing connected to a King account, then simply follow these steps:

The starting screen in Candy Crush Saga. The game's name hangs by a string in the upper part of the screen. Tiffi and Yeti are playing in a meadow and eating candies. There are two buttons: a pink Play button and a blue button that reads "My account"

Your profile settings can be accessed by tapping on "My account"/"Profile" /"My Profile", depending on the game.

To change your name or email address:

1.- Type in your current password

Security check screen. It reads: Type your current King account password. There's also a forgot your password link, in green, and a green button that reads Submit

2.- Change your email or first/last name and tab on submit

Edit account settings. There are spots where you can edit your email (which will be public), First Name, Last Name. Underneath, a green Submit button

To change your profile picture:

1.- Tap on the camera icon

Account settings' screen. It shows the avatar, name, email address. From here you can also access privacy and security, change your password and log out. Next to the avatar, there's a camera icon you need to click to change your picture in the game

2.- Tap on the "Plus" sign or on Add Picture

The text reads: Show us your smile, then get back in the game! There's your current avatar with a plus sign on it. Underneath it, a green button that reads Add picture

"I can't find the camera icon in my game"

We’re currently working on the player profile feature, and as a consequence, some players don't have the option to change their profile picture at the moment. There's nothing wrong with your account or device, so don't worry, and please accept our apologies for the inconveniences.

Facebook account

If you are connected to the game via Facebook, your Facebook profile name and picture will show in the game. Simply log into your own Facebook account please, and make the changes there.

Please note that the changes may take a few hours to be published into your game profile.
