I followed the link as suggested. Did not work.

I do play on my tablet and have no problem. My problem is only on my desktop and only with Jelly.

Still waiting on a solution to my problem with Jelly

I tried another browser, Microsoft Edge. Did not work.

This is the error message I receive when trying to open CC Jelly

For the past several days whenever I try and login to play I get an error message that says something went wrong and we are trying to fix the problem. Since it has been several days this has happened, is there something I can or need to do?
