When I try to play CC Jelly I get an error message stating something has gone wrong and they are trying to fix it. I had uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have also cleared the cache. I have no problem with the other CC games. What else can I do to fix this problem.
Are you windows 10? If you are, then you can install the app from Microsoft Store! After you install, sign in in with the Facebook Account you were using earlier! And your progress will be synced and you will be able to continue from where you left off!
I am sorry, but some players are suffering from problems on Facebook and the Studio is having a look on the problems!
