I understand the game is leaving. I would have liked to play it until the end March. WHY when I load it, I'm back to LEVEL ONE? After years of playing this, I'm back to Level One?

I have read it all and tried it all. Except I am not downloading the game on my PC. It's worked fine for 6 years until now.

Mine won't load on PC at all. Between this and Pet Rescue problems, I'm done.
