  • Hello! I’m logged in to my account that I’ve been using since 2012. I’ve had this problem for more than a week and I’ve already made some attempts to log out and log in again. The date and time of my cell phone are correct (follows below image with the configuration). I haven’t been out of the country. Thank you!
