I received the message that I passed to the first round of qualifying but today it no longer shows that I am in the qualifying round. The purple stars appear in my game
If you don't see an All Stars countdown timer for the next round, similar to mine in the screenshot below, then you are no longer part of the tournament and I fear that there is nothing you can do at this point.

Did you check the App Store and make sure that there are no available updates? Can you tell me which version of the App do you have right now?
It still hasn't worked. Yesterday I already passed several stages. I also received the email saying that I was in the qualifiers. I have already restarted my cell phone. My device is an iPhone 16

From your screenshots, it looks like you did qualify for the first elimination round of All Stars, congratulations šš
Sometimes, there may be a short delay before the next stage becomes fully visible. We recommend:
Playing a couple of levels as this usually helps refresh the event and trigger the next steps. Checking the Events tab and looking for the All Stars tile to track your progress.

I had the Super bubble ball and was doing good. All of a sudden, it wasn't there anymore in the form of the Super bubble! I was on a role and used several gold bars but the Super Ball didn't show and other bubble ball didn't act like the regular Super.
