Thank you Lim but I do not have that function. I click on Inbox (the envelope icon) and I get a pop-up that says "You do not have any messages yet". There is no way to actually enter the Inbox and there is no "New Message" box like you have pictured. This is all I see:

OK I don't even see a way to send a direct message to any of the managers. I can get to their profile but there is no private message button.
