I can't ask for lives I can't send lives , can't access the shop inside the store to buy gold bars. It's annoying bc I have tried everything. I can't uninstall and reinstall I will lose all my game progress on my mist play app. So tell me. How do I fix it ??

I can't send or receive lives at all. Can't access the store at all. It's been a problem since the first day I started the game. I can't buy any lives I can't buy anything. Can't load the store or ask for lives.
Says restart the game do not uninstall. ?? Why can't I ask for lives or give them ?? Nothing wrong with my connection. It worked one day now it doesn't. Very frustrating
