Hi. I’ve followed all the advice on recent posts about this and my game still won’t load. I can’t find my player ID as I can’t get to this part of the game. Is there a way of sorting this so I can continue playing? Many thanks, Jenny
Hi, I’ve just updated to iOS 15 (the latest software) and my app won’t open. I’ve tried all tips suggested: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning my phone off and on again. Nothing has worked. Please help me as it’s really frustrating! Thanks, Jenny
Since the weekend, my app won’t load. It opens and immediately shuts. Any ideas what to do? My iPhone software is up to date.
