Why won’t my app load?

Hi,

I’ve just updated to iOS 15 (the latest software) and my app won’t open. I’ve tried all tips suggested: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning my phone off and on again. Nothing has worked. Please help me as it’s really frustrating!

Sometimes after a software update it may happen that the Apps do not open. Is the latest version of your iOS 15.5?

Also check your App store for new updates and turn off your mobile again.

What happens when you click on the app icon? Does it load a black screen? Are you downloading the app from the App Store app?

The app goes onto the orange king screen, then goes onto the loading page for an instant before shutting down again. It’s driving me nuts!
