please fix some major problems with one of the ads that will not play. Michigan Retailers Association ad will not play and i have been prevented from winning various levels because of it. the only option is too close the game out totally then go back in; any progress I have is gone and must start over. this has happened…

Equipter ads not working
Can you fix the issue with Equipter ads or remove them from the cycle? They don't play on my iPad, just a black screen. The only recourse is to shutdown/restart the game, and every time the spin or prize i would have got doesn't happen. This happened before in previous months.

Another ad preventing a free spin
Playing candy crush soda and got another play stoppage due to the Equipter ad. It just sits, won't play, even if trying the pause and play tactics I've used with other frozen ads. This prevents the +3 +5 etc. spin from working. It is maddening.

Can you fix or remove the dot loop ad?
whenever it goes to the dotloop ad here on the iPad, it will not run, blank screen. The only option, other than leaving and restarting the game ( which I do all the time now) is to do this : hit pause, hit play, wait for the blue status bar to move a little, then hit pause/play combo continuously until it finally finishes.…
