Equipter ads not working

Can you fix the issue with Equipter ads or remove them from the cycle? They don't play on my iPad, just a black screen. The only recourse is to shutdown/restart the game, and every time the spin or prize i would have got doesn't happen. This happened before in previous months.

I believe that the community dont have the authority to delete any feature from anyones game . And as far as ads feature is concerned i believe until we click to play the ad it doestnt start.

However u can contact direct to support and send them the email. Hopefully they can take an action for this.

I am also tagging my senior superstar @Sukanta_Biswas For this as his knowledge is far more superior than mine.

We've already reported some ads to our team and hopefully they've reported this to the studio. I have no idea how the videos are handled but if you can show me a screenshot so I can pass it on to my team.

I got it again today. It sits there, pause and I unpause and the ad and the blank screen sits there. And so I don't get my spin.

I've been getting an ad that gives a black screen like that and the video doesn't play. I just wait and still get the reward after the video time passes. Try just waiting and don't pause it.
