Can you fix or remove the dot loop ad?

whenever it goes to the dotloop ad here on the iPad, it will not run, blank screen.  The only option, other than leaving and restarting the game ( which I do all the time now) is to do this :  hit pause, hit play, wait for the blue status bar to move a little, then hit pause/play combo continuously until it finally finishes. I never see or hear any of this ad, so it's just a waste of your resources to have it there..  That takes way to long to get through a 30 second ad.  Playing this a lot less because of this irritation. There is another ad too that does this but cant recall it.

This same thing ishappening with another ad that just sits there and won't play until you've paused and played too many times.  Linedock is it. I have no idea what is advertised.
