I have passed level 171 but the game keeps putting me back at level 169.
I have passed level 171 and was playing level 172 but the game keeps putting me back at level 169. This is very frustrating as It is the 3rd time it happens. How can that be fixed? How can I get back to level 172 that I was already on?

About the lost progress in Blossom Saga, i updated to version 1.21.1 but still stuck at 174 althought i made it til 180 already. Not syncing even after beating Level 596 more than 5 times
I've beaten Level 596 more than five times now, but every time I come back to the game, I am back on Level 593. I am on Android and Tablet (Windows). Apps were uninstalled and reinstalled; reset, and restarted. Please advise.

Never get any response to customer care forms
I never receive responses to the customer care forms that I fill in whenever I have problems with my game. What's the point in having them available if you're not going to answer them in a timely fashion or at all?!

No rewards/gold bars for level completion in Blossom Blast
Why are there no rewards for completing levels on Blossom Blast Saga just like Candy Crush? We should at least get rewards for completing the hard levels. And why is there no other way of getting gold bars without having to purchase them?

I have lost my progress
I have played level 375 or maybe 376 but now I'm still at level 371 in Blossom Blast saga. And this is the second time I have this problem
