Lost progress
Hello! My ID is 4070197066. My problem is that I Reached level 600 but after the new update I am not able to keep playing from where I got to. I still have the stars on the levels but all of them are locked...

I lost all my progress when I agreed to new TOS
I was playing at level 1640. When prompted for new TOS I agreed and my game reverted back to Level 446. When I log out and log back in I see all my progress. It shows I've completed up to 1639, the levels are starred, but they're locked and the game will not let me play any level higher than 446. Android OS, latest update.…

Unable to send lives
Since my levels were reinstated I'm unable to send lives. I still receive them. User ID 7237843204. Does anyone else have this problem?

Starting over without reason
I was at level 701, now when I try to play Im back at level 1. Logging into FB hasnt helped.

I've won the level I'm at twice, but the next level remains locked

Lost Games
I have lost all my games since updating TOS. I was almost up to 500 and have gone back to the start. I also can't find the game on Facebook any more and none of the links work on the replies to these problems. Please help as I love this game but don't want to start over.

Level 916 is NOT random
I am on Level 916 and noticed that it is no longer random. It is giving me the exact same layout every time I play - seems to be impossible to win this level and I have wasted boosters on this because the exact same blossoms fall every time.
