I don't see a dot in the numbers

Thank you for providing your player ID again. There isn't supposed to be a dot, but the number you gave me earlier had one after the second 6. I'll get this information to the right people. I'll let you know what I find out.

The technical team has said that they need a video of your game showing the screen with the locked boosters.
There are 2 ways to do this (and both are quite complicated) :
1.- you can upload a video on youtube and send us the link
2.- you can send the video via email to Player Support. You will then get a ticket number within the automated answer, and that is the number we need to find the ticket and the video attached.
