How do I synchronized old game to laptop

In addition to what @Freddy_Falkner and @Diamond Lim have suggested, I have one more tip.

If you are playing through Facebook than go to this page: https://king.com/games and sign up for an account, if you haven't already. It only takes a minute. This is a separate King account from the one you signed up for here. If you already have an account, then log in.

In the top right corner select 'Settings'. Choose the option "Account", then down at the bottom select "Score and progression sync"

Select "Sync progress" and you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account.

And that's it! Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.

@emster1 Hi and welcome, you should only need to sign in to your king or Facebook account on your laptop and this should sync you levles

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
