Auto turn off music?

What's wrong with the new update? Every time I open the app, music is suddenly turned off automatically without player's interaction. Please revert the setting back, I want to hear the music when I open the game.
Look at the picture, the button at the right side, above Policy, is grey, just when I open the game. I always set the music on. Why did you turn it off, King?

Hello @NamTruong2001!Hmm, I don't experience this issue in my game 🤔 Before reporting it to the Studio, it would be great to know which device you use to play BBS and get recordings of your screen with the sound on. Unfortunately, you can't submit a video in the community unless it's a link to YouTube. But it would be greatly appreciated if you could contact Player Support and share a screen recording 🙏 As soon as your video is submitted, please let me know! I'll check it with Player Support and forward it to the Studio.

It would be very helpful for us to receive a screen recording to investigate the matter and check the disruption of the music on your device. This doesn't seem to be a common issue, as we haven't received similar reports. However, we'd like to understand what might have gone wrong.
