Level 2229, and leaderboard

See what I mean? I still have bulbs with 15 in the top row and 30 in the bottom. It's not fair that different people get different level difficulties. You can not have a leaderboard if people are playing different levels of difficulty.

Shuching Cheng just posted level 2229 to YT. His bottom row only has 20 count bulbs... not 30.

There are definitely different goals. I have the 15/30 bulbs. @Bert0406 has 13/20s and Shuching Chang has 15/20s. There is discrepancies here whether it different countries or not. People have different games. I logged out, logged in, cleared cache, turned phone off and on about 10x. I need help here

@LaurenStar When you go threw the options with the bot it gives you the option to talk to customer support if it does not answer your query , you need to do this as i cannot help you no more, i am all out of ideas for this. Only other thing is try on a different device / platform.

Apologies but can only try to advise. I have took this to the CM in charge of this game and they have said its been amended. Since then i know 3 people have passed the level. Really do not understand why you would not see an amended level. Hence i think customer support is your only option

What device / platform are you playing on and i will ask CM again Monday when they back in work

Additionally, the bot does not allow me to talk to anyone. I click "technical support" and the suggestion are nothing I need. I don't have an option to move past that.

Also, how is it you can see who passed what level?

Where do you see that 2 people in the community have passed it here? Also, i tried installing the app on my computer and it will not allow it. The bot will not let me talk to a person. It is an endless loop with the bot.
