I just wanted to try to calm you down, I have seen that you are very nervous and screaming. Take a deep breath and think ... If it were a gambling problem, it wouldn't work for anyone, would it? I am very sorry that you are having this problem, of course King is working incessantly to help you solve this problem. I hope you have been able to read everything that has been said since the beginning of this publication. By reading it all, you can find the solution by trying everything you can.

The studio are aware of this issue for some people but as of yet i have not heard of any definite fixes for the issue
All you can do is try making sure your device and browser are up to date, log out and clear your browser cache. Restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If this does not work would try a different browser or if possible play via the mobile app as this is a lot more stable platform to play the game on
