Welcome back my friend and glad you feel better, do they know why you get these?.If you haven't seen a Doctor, maybe you should consider it, there some new medicines every so often for migraines, they don't help me but some people do get relief.
You and I suffer from the same malady.. For years I've been getting these, usually last for 3 days and I have to lay down with a cold damp cloth for forehead and temples and that's it... nothing helps. Mines about 50% better, Dr. doesn't know why I get so many. I wish you luck and hope you get well soon. ๐บ

My migraines started after I sustained a severe concussion in a car accident in 2016, now Iโm on concussion #4 ๐ตโ๐ซ. Iโve tried so many different medications, they work for a bit them Iโm back to zero.
Being in a dark quiet room helps me. Just like you, my attacks lasts for three days.

I am so sorry to hear that, four concussions, my heart goes out to you. You will definitely be in my prayers.๐
I've had the same thing happen with pain medication, works for awhile, then hardly at all. I hope that some time soon you'll find one that will keep on working for you and no more concussions dear. Yes I forgot to say that, when I lay down it has to be as quiet and dark as possible. .
@lelensp Thank you so much my friend.๐
