My booster are all locked

Even if I successfully complete a wild card I don’t get the boost cause my items are like locked it’s super annoying. I don’t care about getting my boost back but I would like to at least be able to use the ones that I earned. Can someone help me?

Hi @maj2950 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 That's really odd. I have never heard about someone having their boosters locked in this game. Can you please make a screenshot of it so I can see what exactly is happening? If you don't know how to do it, follow the instructions on the link below.

I also need to know which device and OS are you using for playing this game. You can find out about it in the device's settings. Which version is your game? You can find out about the game version in the App Store or Google Play Store depending on OS you use.

Hi @firebombmarkus thank you for helping. My id is 9145511855, version 72.0.1. I’m running iOS 12.4. I bought a new tablet and when I downloaded the game and logged in that is when it happened. Currently I’m on level 604 and as you can see at the bottom they are all locked

Hi @maj2950 and welcome to our buzzing Community

If your boosters appear to be locked all of a sudden there's a way of fixing it by replaying level 4, 35 and 51. Those are the levels that unlock boosters.

Touch the down arrow and read the copied text. It will tell you what you can try to unlock your boosters.
