Yes, I've tried all the steps. I've also uni stalled and reinstalled game. A couple days after I reported issue, I got one free life but not since. I get plenty of requests to send lives. Maybe I need new friends.
I don't know of anything else I can tell you to do at this time @e143slime8.
I'll report this problem to the community moderators, but since it's the weekend, it may not be answered until Monday.

I'm sorry that this is happening to all of you- I'll report it to the Studio straight away- there may be an additional issue preventing lives from going through.

The studio has said there's no special issue regarding the lives. At the moment, there are so many players stuck at home, playing the games, that not every life comes through. Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done.
I wish I had better news for you. If everyone keeps sending lives, then perhaps they will eventually reach you.
