could you please clarify? I do not and have not played BW2 on Facebook for years. I have the app installed on my iPhone which is why I was asking if I will lose my place (go back to the very first level when right now I’m at the end of the game level 7790). Are you saying I just randomly play any game level, like game #7730, then I just close the app and open again and it starts loading lives? Or are you saying if I delete the app, reinstall and play level #1 til win and close the app, it will load lives& games back to level 7790?
Hi my friend if you had previously been saving your progress then once you play 1 level then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two your levels will reload
However if you are playing via Facebook I can not guarantee this will happen as bw2 went exclusively to mobile a good while ago
King no longer supports Facebook so many issues will occur that we can not help with 💓
I was referred back here doing what you suggested. Not helpful. I again have not been receiving lives since the last update a couple days ago. Cache cleared etc. I send every chance I get and not receiving any. If I remove the app and reinstall, will I be at level 1 again?
I am sorry this is not working for you. I no longer receive lives from my Facebook friends - nor can I see their game progress. I do not like the fact I receive lives from random players that I have no interaction or communication with. King should not have stopped its connection with Facebook. I also do not like that some random players send a ridiculous amount of lives and there is no way of blocking the random player or deleting the lives. I know - you wish you had my problems. Good luck.

At the moment we do not have a known issue with lives not coming although you are experiencing this
Maybe try selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may be aware of an issue before we are

I am updated with latest game update, I cleared the cache and followed instructions and still no lives. It should not be “hit and miss.” I’ve played this game a very long time. This has not happened before. Do an update and fix this issue please. It’s like you all are just trying to force your end of game players to buy lives. It’s not enjoyable this way so I guess after all this time playing, I can’t receive lives from other players. It does not feel like a community anymore 😢
Hi my friend with lives they are hit and miss but if you keep on sending requests they do eventually come through
In the meantime a reset can also help
Please clear the game cache
IPhone
Select settings then General then iPhone Storage
Overloaded cache can create a number of issues
Then play any level close down and leave your device off for a moment or two
Always check your store for any pending updates 💓

Once again - the studio has made a change but not had the courtesy to advise clients/players? Shameful. But they have no shame or care.

If you follow the steps
Check for updates
Clear the cache
Log out and then leave your device off for a couple of minutes
As a last resort uninstall but you will loose saved booster's and lives
If none of the above help then its over to the contact us tab at the bottom of this page
Once you receive an automated reply please reply back to this and explain again
Also explain you have already reached out to the community and followed all usual trouble shooting and nothing has worked so we have refered you to them for further investigation 💓

I received the Jackalope Tower on Monday night (Sydney Australia, new game day) - but no team or individual event since. I think I should have received one last night - or does the Jackalope run for 3 days? Thanks.
”we cannot do anything” is an unsatisfactory response - what is the point of this community if we and you have NO influence in the pathetic game management by King?
I am not sure why the image is not showing - but I complain AGAIN about the all player events requiring us to achieve 19 zillion bubbles followed by an event requiring 14 zillions GREEN bubbles. The players have NO chance of even achieving the 50 per cent bonus. This is insulting and has continued for way too long. On top of all the issues we have suffered thanks to KING - it shows appalling customer support.

I would like to complain again about the all player events that are impossible for players to even achieve the half way reward. The requirement for 19 zillion bubbles followed by an event requiring 14 zillion GREEN bubbles is insulting. This has gone on for way too long. King is unbelievably stingy with bonuses, rewards and in-game events. The recent issues highlight this - no apology nor bonuses from King to compensate.
Challenge issue is very much there. Absolutely no improvement

I too would prefer a quick option to go to lower levels - but it doesn’t take that long to scroll. I’m at 7635 and often go back to level 2000 or lower to replay.
But it’s an all-players challenge - there is no way all players can complete this. If King is not going to give us a chance to win - remove it.

There was an update yesterday - now the game requires me to repeatedly log into FB, no photos showing for me or friends and game jumping back from level I am playing (maybe around 3,000) back up to latest level 7390. Not happy ! I’ve done everything I possible can.

thank you ; I can play the game - when I hit the lives envelope (showing 50), I’m again asked to log into FB, then the lives count drops down to 12 or so and that’s when the game jumps back to the top level 🤷♀️
Hi my friend the problem is you can no longer play BW2 via Facebook so a fix on this issue won't help you
You will need to uninstall and reinstall using the sign up with king option as your progress is already lost via Facebook there will be no point in syncing when you reinstall this will be much better for you as there are fewer issue which can be solved much easier and updated events and game updates will come through
Once you have done this please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they can manually restore your levels

oh no - but I’ve been playing this way forever - yet suddenly after an update there’s a glitch and it’s my fault?
PS - what will happen to my game boosters etc and gold?
Hi my friend no it is not your fault the update has just bought you in line as playing via Facebook will no longer allow you to receive new in game updates or most side events
You will unfortunately loose your boosters but not your gold
With your levels follow the steps I have given you to request they be manually restored 💓

UPDATE - unfortunately I did not get the Jacalope tower. Second time this has happened for me. When you’re at the top level, new games are important. Very disappointed.

hi @PrettyBubbles - I’ve had to log in via email to play BW2. I have lost all my lives and boosters - as you said - but I have the Jackalope Tower and today’s new levels. How do I request for my boosters to be restored? I couldn’t find where said to go for the steps? Maybe I’ve misunderstood. Thanks again.
