What device and platform are you using
You must now only be using mobile devices none Facebook and android 9 or above or iOS 12 or above
Please check for any pending updates
From those devices please clear the game cache from the settings menu under apps then log out and leave your device off for a moment or let's see if this resets it for 💓
Is there an issue with BW2? I’ve been trying for over an hour to access the game - but cannot.

I get your frustration it took me 4 days to clear the last board due to players not completing there tiles but unfortunately it is not logistically possible for the studio to perform such a revamp 💓
Could something be done about the team quests? I still find the blockers to line completion frustrating. Just today a person stuck on a relatively easy square keeps messaging urging us to get the line finished but refuses to release the square nearly ten hours later. Can we do more than two in the 24 hours rotation to avoid being at the mercy of “blockers”?

My personal tip what I started to do was even though I had sent a lives request I would repeat the request multiple times each day and before long my lives started to come through regularly 💓

Why cant i get back to my levels as i was over 7 thousands. I am logged in but nothing is happening. I can see my photo but nothing is happening.

If you select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services any purchased boosters Can be replenished however free boosters are different it will be up to the discretion of our customer services team

hi @PrettyBubbles - I’ve had to log in via email to play BW2. I have lost all my lives and boosters - as you said - but I have the Jackalope Tower and today’s new levels. How do I request for my boosters to be restored? I couldn’t find where said to go for the steps? Maybe I’ve misunderstood. Thanks again.
unfortunately I haven’t got the Jacalope Tower or the new levels released today. Sigh.

UPDATE - unfortunately I did not get the Jacalope tower. Second time this has happened for me. When you’re at the top level, new games are important. Very disappointed.

Hi my friend no it is not your fault the update has just bought you in line as playing via Facebook will no longer allow you to receive new in game updates or most side events
You will unfortunately loose your boosters but not your gold
With your levels follow the steps I have given you to request they be manually restored 💓
PS - what will happen to my game boosters etc and gold?
oh no - but I’ve been playing this way forever - yet suddenly after an update there’s a glitch and it’s my fault?
Hi my friend the problem is you can no longer play BW2 via Facebook so a fix on this issue won't help you
You will need to uninstall and reinstall using the sign up with king option as your progress is already lost via Facebook there will be no point in syncing when you reinstall this will be much better for you as there are fewer issue which can be solved much easier and updated events and game updates will come through
Once you have done this please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they can manually restore your levels

its a tough level; I’m sure you’ve tried this - aim for the bubbles that clear the line and all below - hopefully when you reach the top there will be solid blue and red sections of bubbles; or try the sparkle potion - which hopefully brings many bubbles down; or add the 10 extra bubbles. Good luck.
its been over 2 weeks - we’ve had one crumby quest and a paltry 20 new levels. Shame on King Games for this poor service and lack of information. SHAME SHAME SHAME. “They’re working on it” from a moderator is not enough - we deserve clear information form King Games. It doesn’t take 2 weeks to fix a little programming issue.

Thank you, as always @PrettyBubbles - but as far as the King company and it’s assistance to clients, it’s too little too late. Why does it take over 3 weeks to repair BW2 issues? The mind boggles.
TEAM QUEST - do new players realise the tile “Save 15 animals in total” means we have to collect 15 animals NOT win 15 animal games? AND we can go back and play any level to complete a tile?? The time it takes to complete the “quest” is ridiculous ! If you cannot complete a tile within 20 minutes or less - don’t select it ! Grrrrr !

I would like to complain again about the all player events that are impossible for players to even achieve the half way reward. The requirement for 19 zillion bubbles followed by an event requiring 14 zillion GREEN bubbles is insulting. This has gone on for way too long. King is unbelievably stingy with bonuses, rewards and in-game events. The recent issues highlight this - no apology nor bonuses from King to compensate.

I am not sure why the image is not showing - but I complain AGAIN about the all player events requiring us to achieve 19 zillion bubbles followed by an event requiring 14 zillions GREEN bubbles. The players have NO chance of even achieving the 50 per cent bonus. This is insulting and has continued for way too long. On top of all the issues we have suffered thanks to KING - it shows appalling customer support.
”we cannot do anything” is an unsatisfactory response - what is the point of this community if we and you have NO influence in the pathetic game management by King?
I received the Jackalope Tower on Monday night (Sydney Australia, new game day) - but no team or individual event since. I think I should have received one last night - or does the Jackalope run for 3 days? Thanks.

If you follow the steps
Check for updates
Clear the cache
Log out and then leave your device off for a couple of minutes
As a last resort uninstall but you will loose saved booster's and lives
If none of the above help then its over to the contact us tab at the bottom of this page
Once you receive an automated reply please reply back to this and explain again
Also explain you have already reached out to the community and followed all usual trouble shooting and nothing has worked so we have refered you to them for further investigation 💓
