Hi @shin I am very familiar but we can't seem to be getting anywhere with my instructions.

I have followed all the correct instructions but for some reason nothing is working.

You are saying you can't connect or register and both of these need to be done

You are insistent that you can connect and play through Facebook but you can no longer do that

I am sorry that nothing I have advised is working for you so I am going to ask our community manager to join she may have further information as she can look into your account more deeply

Please be patient and @Lola_Pop will join as soon as she can 👍
