Level 7365 is stucken, cant go further, so frustrated
Thank you for confirming can you go into your device settings menu then select apps then select bw2 scroll down and clear the cache then play any level then log out
This should definitely clear the block for you
If you it doesn't then the last step is to uninstall and reinstall we only recommend this as a last resort as you will loose any saved boosters also if you haven't been saving your progress you will drop levels
Before you follow the trouble shooting please check your progress is being saved you can check this by from your start up screen select the cog wheel bottom left then the 5th icon from the top of the list you should then see this message
If you don't please follow the instructions to save your progress

I have a samsung A 51 and I dont know how to check if I have android 9

It still dont work! "Invalid play mode" in all the levels and still stuck in level 7365

Please try clearing the game cache from your device settings menu then apps and select bw2 then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two
Play any level then close and once again leave your device off
Please make sure you check for any pending updates have a good Internet connection at least 2gig of free memory
You must using one of the compatible devices which are android 9 or above or iOS 10 or above in order to keep your game updated and flowing as normal 💓

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
