My lives disappeared from the game

Same here I am on level 3800 and used to get messages and extra lives from friends, now nothing only the 5 lives every so often, it makes the game so slow and frustrating. No one is telling me why this started happening all of a sudden .

Just a reminder guys if you haven't already please share the following details:

A description of the issue and when it started
Your Game ID
Game version
Platform and device you’re using
A screen shot, if possible of your map showing your sent lives before then after playing 6 levels (this is because the lives from friends option should kick in once you have used your 5 lives)

This information and screenshots will help us better understand 💓

I am about to be done with this game. I have not been receiving any lives now for almost a month. I have tried EVERYTHING I have read here (checking to make sure I have all updates, turning my phone on and off, etc, etc, etc). I reached out to King with all the information requested (issue, what device I play on, etc) and I got a useless form letter reply back, and was basically told if I continue to have problems to reach out to the community board and ask for help from other players. Isn't that King's job??? Why are THEY not fixing this issue? It shouldn't be the responsibility of the players to figure out the problem. King should be doing this!!!

Haven't received lives from friends in over a week.Cleared my cache etc. still not receiving lives

I agree with the above comment. I have done everything they requested but the issue is not resolved. I sent out at least twenty requests for lives four days ago and a I have received nothing. I am not a conspiracy theorist, I don’t think there is an organized effort to not send me lives. Why did all of my additional lives disappear over a month ago and why can’t I receive them from friends?
