Haven't received lives from friends in over a week.Cleared my cache etc. still not receiving lives
I agree with the above comment. I have done everything they requested but the issue is not resolved. I sent out at least twenty requests for lives four days ago and a I have received nothing. I am not a conspiracy theorist, I don’t think there is an organized effort to not send me lives. Why did all of my additional lives disappear over a month ago and why can’t I receive them from friends?

i am being sent lives and they are not registering. For the last 4 weeks lives l have been an issue. Why have they not sorted this? Trying to get us to buy lives? Come on guys sort it out
What does that mean - referring players to discussion about “Game life” (I did click “reply”)? This is a huge issue for many players. I am having the opposite issue and being “drowned” with lives that I don’t need as I am at the top level of the game. Some empathy would go a long way to assist - even better if the developers would FIX the issue and NOT create another issue.

im on a ipone 16 pro and im having the same problem, since the last update
I lost all my extra lives. I haven’t received and since. I have beens playing this game for years. And never had a problem like this. When is someone going to fix this
