My lives disappeared from the game

Hi players! 👋

Here’s a quick update from the Studio: after thoroughly investigating the issue and checking the Game IDs you shared, the team has confirmed that they haven't identified any problem with sending and receiving lives. If you notice the Ask/Give Lives button is greyed out, it should start working again after a short wait.

If you’ve seen your lives disappear, we'd like to remind you that this was expected behavior. It was part of a fix for a bug that caused loading issues and prevented some players from accessing the game. That bug was also accumulating extra lives after each login, so some players may now feel like they’re getting fewer lives than usual. Rest assured, this is all part of the fix to keep the game running smoothly.

I have same issue with suddenly losing lives and now no longer receiving new lives. I tried the facebook disconnect and reconnect. I have a king account.

It happened over a month ago.

im on a ipone 16 pro and im having the same problem, since the last update

I lost all my extra lives. I haven’t received and since. I have beens playing this game for years. And never had a problem like this. When is someone going to fix this

What does that mean - referring players to discussion about “Game life” (I did click “reply”)? This is a huge issue for many players. I am having the opposite issue and being “drowned” with lives that I don’t need as I am at the top level of the game. Some empathy would go a long way to assist - even better if the developers would FIX the issue and NOT create another issue.

i am being sent lives and they are not registering. For the last 4 weeks lives l have been an issue. Why have they not sorted this? Trying to get us to buy lives? Come on guys sort it out

I agree with the above comment. I have done everything they requested but the issue is not resolved. I sent out at least twenty requests for lives four days ago and a I have received nothing. I am not a conspiracy theorist, I don’t think there is an organized effort to not send me lives. Why did all of my additional lives disappear over a month ago and why can’t I receive them from friends?

I am about to be done with this game. I have not been receiving any lives now for almost a month. I have tried EVERYTHING I have read here (checking to make sure I have all updates, turning my phone on and off, etc, etc, etc). I reached out to King with all the information requested (issue, what device I play on, etc) and I got a useless form letter reply back, and was basically told if I continue to have problems to reach out to the community board and ask for help from other players. Isn't that King's job??? Why are THEY not fixing this issue? It shouldn't be the responsibility of the players to figure out the problem. King should be doing this!!!

still no lives or messages. Have updated game as per instruction. What is going on? It’s really making game annoying!

I am having the same issue no messages & all the lives I had just disappeared after updating the game. It's been 2 weeks & still no new messages nor lives

Also I am not on level 1. I am on level 410.

Same here I am on level 3800 and used to get messages and extra lives from friends, now nothing only the 5 lives every so often, it makes the game so slow and frustrating. No one is telling me why this started happening all of a sudden .
