Issue with BubbleWitch
The dragon was frozen in the middle of the screen twice and I was unable to play the remainder of the level. This cost me multiple items and I used some items that were purchased from the piggybank. I want my money back for the piggybank for the waste of time and lack of being able to use the items purchased.

Uninstalling BW Games
Due to a problem with my phone i had to uninstall BW2 and of course I lost all my boosters, which I had a lot. Isn't it time these boosters are stored offline like level progress and bubble count. This would help out everyone in this position so they don't loose their boosters.

About every week or two, my game will not load on my laptop. It gets about 80% loaded, then just sits there. I even try to refresh and it does the same thing. I like playing the game, but this is very frustrating. Becky

My game has not loaded right for a week now. I am getting extremely frustrated. I posted a few days ago and the answer they gave me did not work. Can someone please check into this. The first download is fine but when the second download happens the left corner is only a partial of the game. Thank you for your help.…

Level not changing
I am playing Bubble witch 2. I am at a level that I have beaten several times. It won't change up to the next level. I have uninstalled it as well as rebooting my phone. Nothing changes. Please help Any ideas

BW2 not loading
Immediately after the latest update the game won't load. It gets to 73% then crashes. This is for BW2 android

Tried logout.tried uninstall. Even uninstalled on old phone.
