  • Hello Bronwyn, First what is the model phone you are using? Have you made sure you have the latest update? Next try restarting your phone. If none of these help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but keep in mind, you will lose any boosters or lives while doing this. However, you will not lose gold bars. Jilly
