How do I send a life to a friend if the name isn't found when I type it in but the person in question can send me lives

Well Meesha, I know I only had one reply with you, I suppose you were emailing king care? Is that where the other 3 replies came from? Because you only have 1 question (this question) under your account name. The answer I gave you is how you would send a life to someone that is not on the pop up list. You didn't indicate what kind of device you're playing on either, but again this may have been in your other 3 replies that were not with me. There is a fix in the works for crashing issues but I understand if you don't want to wait. So maybe we'll see you back again soon playing king games and maybe not. I'm sorry your replies did not help you.

This was never fixed and it only gets worse. When I try to play with a life sent to me I only lose the life and cannot play. Now because of your latest update I cannot play at all because it crashes and won't open. I'm done spending money on this game and the technical questions never seem to get answered It took me about 4 replies to you that your solution didn't work over the last 3 months so goodbye Candy Crush. I'll go back to angry birds

If they have finished the level you are on, they should be in the box where all the people that finished scores are, you can click on the heart next to their name and that will send them a life. Otherwise it's like a card shuffle of who you can send lives to
