Same here, first friends send/receive bug, now fixed and then the events have all disappeared. I too finished all the holiday levels and then superstar event vanished.

Same thing happened to me RachJain. They just fixed the "friends send/receive bug and then this happened. My superstar levels as well as everything else disappeared. CC friends always has problems. None of the other CC games seem to have issues as frequently. Wonder why. Hope this is sorted out soon.

Same here, they play you off and act like its your fault or you're imagining all this. They're the ones that don't know what they're doing and don't know how to fix this problem. Its affecting more people than they want you to know! I started writing and complaining about it again today. Everyone should too until this isβ¦

Me too! I've written many times. I get a different person, same suggestions. My last email basically blew me off as if there was no problem and it was me. I also have members in my group of friends that are having the same problem. Very bad support. This same problem was handled in April and fixed. This IT group doesn'tβ¦

Just had an idea. How about as long as players are waiting for a "fix" for the lives sending/receiving situation they're given an unlimited lives "gift" for the holidays? I think that would be nice. Better than waiting in 2 hour intervals for the lives to refill. Plus, they have a better chance of completing more CCβ¦

Yes I did, back in June when it took about a month to fix. Same problem is now occurring in December, 2022. Hope they can resolve it once and for all. Other players I correspond with are also having this problem. Its very hard to find anyone that takes it seriously. Alot of people don't even know how to communicate thisβ¦

It now is December 20, 2022 and the sending receiving problem has reared its ugly head again. When will this issue be fixed once and for all??? No other CC games experience this as much as CC friends. What is being done better in other games that this game lacks?

are there any walkthroughs for level 2852 in 20 moves. Any demos i see have 30 moves for cc friends. The community tutorials don't show any that i can find either. Show me the way please.

Had this problem months ago and its back again. My Candy Crush FRIENDS game is giving me an error messge AGAIN on both my mobile AND my desktop when trying to send or receive friends requests!! It reads:Sorry this feature isn't available right now. An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later.β¦

I love this game but this event was terribly hard to pass each level. Won't make it in time to get the year of the tiger costume (so sad). Tiffi is not much help either (sigh). Hopefully we will get a second chance at missed costumes in the future if King can have some repeat events! Still I'm glad the games will not beβ¦

My desktop is doing fine since yesterday, but twice now I've had to uninstall and reinstall my game on my android in order to get or receive lives from friends. The game crashes otherwise.π

Just want to thank you for the link!!! Cleared my browser on my PC Windows Edge and uninstalled and reinstalled on my android and that fixed the problems to my shock and delight. Your help is greatly appreciated!!π

After completing a level i used to be able to see other players scores after I completed an episode. Now I cant slide the bar left or right to see them, only see my position and score but can't move to see others. Was that taken away or am i doing something wrong?π€
