All my other King games are OK except Bubble Witch 3 which won't connect so my profile has gone and I can't proceed.

I just did the 10 levels and came in first place to win the 50 gold bars, it said to claim them, which i did, but they didn't add them to my total. I started with 880 gold bars and they should've increased by 50 after i won, but they didn't. Any help @PrettyBubbles please? Edit: scrap that ^ they've just been added 😁
