A few days ago I upgraded my garden for 6000 fairy dust but when I clicked to finish the upgrade it went back to the first level garden. I'm on level 199. Is there anyway I can get my fairy dust back and get my garden to the upgrade it should be?

Following an update on 27 Feb I no longer get the option to use good bars to buy extra bubbles
