Why is there only 4 bubble shots on level 142 on BW3

Question

The level 142 on BW3 only has 4 shots to release ALL the owls.  Now there are shot timers on there also that won't let you clear enough bubbles !  Is this for real or a glitch ?

Nevermind this question.  It's been awhile since I played this kind of level.  Figured it out.
