When the new ares for Stella house will come? About a week I see message that new areas will come soon but nothing changes
Thanks this seems to finally be fixed for me. I have a ton of dust banked up from waiting (350168). Now I can buy everything, but I have to wait 8 hours between every item after wait over 6 months to get a chance to buy anything.
Any further update? I’m still waiting and collecting even more useless dust and only two more chapters available. Still no sign of being able to add to my house when others like my mom who is 1/4 of the levels from where I am, butis way past me in what she has for her house because I have been unable to make progress in this area for 7 months. I see new features being added, but the issues remain unfixed.

Hi Missy. Ok so that is a two part answer
The official reply from the studio. They are running a test on Stellas house. You can either see it or not see it and to make things more complicated, those who can see it have different degrees of seeing it. So as you have found out, some can get further than you can. They have their own time scale in mind and are not sharing it, but the control groups can be switched at any point or they can be enlarged or even dissolved once it goes officially live. They have had bugs and want to make sure that its all working properly which is why its taking time.
The spells as far as I know should be available to everyone. I had them a couple of weeks ago but to be honest, I used more gold and boosters trying to unlock them than I actually won. However. As I found out when I had to reinstall the game as it was glitching, and lost the boosters, they vanished completely. Mia checked with the studio and found reports of other players either not seeing the spells, or losing the boosters. They have just vanished as though they have never been unlocked. So that is being worked on. I know its frustrating. I had 6 of each of them gone in an instant. Hopefully they will fix it soon but it depends on how many bugs they have in the system as to the priority
I’ve been stuck in this state for 6 months now with 300,000 in star dust that I can’t use for anything. I’ve heard other that have been in this state for a year. To make it more frustrating others have access to the new areas without having to wait. Getting ready to give up on the game. The main reward given for thing is useless star dust. Also the people who are able to add to there house are getting access to new spells. I tried a workaround of saving my progress on Facebook and deleting the game and that worked for one item, but that was it and I lost some spells and dust that did not save properly to Facebook in the process. At this rate I will be out of levels to play in the game before this issue is fixed. An undate on the progress would be great.

It is an issue many are facing, but the good news is that the studio are aware of it and are trying to find the source of the problem.
Unfortunately I cannot give you a timescale as they are waiting for more reports.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
