I have opened TWO tickets and have quickly responded to the automated messages asking for receipt information however I never hear back after that. Several days later I get an automated message saying that my ticket will be closed because I have not responded and supplied requested information. I have sent the same information...email address associated with game, copy of the receipt now FOUR times and still I hear nothing back. I either want a refund or I want my gold bars. I made the purchase via my phone and I have the Google Play receipt as well as the Paypal receipt. PLEASE HELP!!!
