l synced my facebook account to king account and i want to logg off my facebook account so i can only be loged in on my king account without losing my progress
If you have saved the game through Facebook, you can create a Kingdom account from the in-game settings (left bottom corner).
However note that in Bubble Witch Saga 3 you'll have Facebook and Kingdom sharing the platform so you can't play connected to Kingdom only without losing your current game progress.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
